That’s why we have a dedicated department for all the content you see on our social media handles. It’s driven by a zeal to bring a change in society by using impactful words. Our CONTENT TEAM is focused on creating high-quality content that leaves an impression on the reader and also touches a soft corner in their heart to come forward and help. Yes, words can do wonders!

2. Blogging department:

“BLOGGING: A WAY TO INSPIRE, EMPOWER AND EDUCATE THE WORLD.”

In this new era, the trend of blogging is setting fire in the field of being informative and expressive through words. To handle the heat of trends and to conserve the importance of the blogs, our blogging team is doing a great job. Good graphics design is so much more than creating a good-looking image. It’s about creating a positive experience for viewers at every touch point and with every interaction which our fete foundation graphics IGTV is doing great with their unstoppable efforts

4. Tech department:

The analytical interpretation of data is an important aspect for any organization to make fluent development. So we have the backbone of the FETE foundation- the tech team which keeps moving a step ahead towards perfection and incorporating the latest techniques. Handling social bookmarking sites, uploading content on different social media, creating backlinks for the contents, and several tasks that the team organizes simultaneously. More or less to say, we are immensely proud in acknowledging the commendable performance of this team who set their benchmarks by displaying their capabilities.

5. Human resource department:

“When people are financially invested, they want a return. When people are emotionally invested, they want to contribute”

A dedicated human resource department is the backbone of a successful NGO. It is the process of employing people, training them, developing policies related to the workplace, and developing strategies to retain employees. Our FETE FOUNDATION HR team is doing their work with full dedication.

It is difficult to manage the needs of employees and business owners if you lack organizational skills. Our FETE FOUNDATION HR Team has good communication skills and excellent management skills. After having such knowledgeable and excellent communication skills, our FETE FOUNDATION is thankful to the HR DEPARTMENT.

6. Public relations department:

The PR team manages the whole PR network and works systematically with the main focus of welfare for the needy. They execute and guide the foundation on how to reach out and seek different sources for collaboration for taking the NGO to greater heights. Their prior objective is that data management should be updated in a given period systematically. The PR team makes sure that one is being active and working with full interest. Their other objective is to focus on awareness about the harsh complications that the people are facing and then directly contact the harsh leads.  Immense social skills and communication skills need to get developed to be a perfect PR manager. You can learn many more things by joining this department that will help you personally as well.

7. Social media department:

“Nothing can be more beautiful and satisfactory than narrating one’s cherishing experiences to motivate others for the noble cause.”

FETE Social Media allows many of its members to come forward to describe their ideas, journey as well as how they overcome various obstacles to get along to provide happiness and peace to others. Our organization is constantly making efforts to achieve sustainability in all the respective domains. Short videos of various campaigns organized by FETE, personal experiences of the members sharing their working experience as well as the glimpse of little moments with a story behind them prove to be the source of motivation for all the people out there. That’s why we are growing and developing every single moment.

Proper choice of words with the right gesture conveys feelings with sentences and this platform finally made it possible.

FIELDWORK:

8. Animal care Project:

There is a famous saying – “Animals ask no questions, they pass no criticisms.”

This is true. They are the voiceless creatures who need your help. The Animal Care Department at FETE is dedicated to the task of rescuing, feeding, and adopting animals. They organize animal food distribution campaigns. They rescue injured animals and get them treated. Animals need humans as their support and vice versa.

You can join the animal care department if you are an animal lover or a person who wants to help the voiceless.

9. Education Project:

 “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”

Mission Education is a national-level program of FETE FOUNDATION an NGO for children which is committed to providing basic education and healthcare to unprivileged humans.  FETE FOUNDATION, an NGO for every type of social education believes that whether you are addressing healthcare, poverty, population control, unemployment, or human rights, there’s no behavior to start with in terms of education.

Education means a better life; means, because it gives a better lifestyle and knowledge.

You can join the education department for teaching the youth of INDIA who is underprivileged to get a proper education. You are fortunate enough to have this many capabilities that you can make a person knowledgeable.

Below are mentioned the campaigns in the fieldwork:

Women Empowerment Project:

“Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all WOMEN.”

This department is dedicated to women’s empowerment. The ideas of a female are as important as the ideas of any male. Campaigns like ‘Unchi Udan’ take place under these women’s empowerment campaigns. This campaign was to spread awareness about periods and menstrual health among underprivileged girls, women as well as boys, and men too. Also, sanitary pads were distributed to girls and women.

10. Clothing Project:

Be Kind.

“Happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give.” – Ben Carson.

Among all the urgencies that we seek in our lives, clothes are the most substantial entity. We, here at FETE Foundation, dispensed some clothes to these people so that they can wrap their bodies and insulate their skin. We have compiled the old clothes and allocated them to the needy. We are pleased that our team is capable enough to help these people of our society and we hope to proceed with such decent ordinances in the future too.

In winters when you are sitting in front of a heater and sipping coffee, some people are counting each second for the winter to pass by. FETE does blanket distribution campaigns for underprivileged people to save them from the chilling breeze and cold.
